LOUIS—Corrpro UK (Holdings) Limited, a newly formed company operating in the United Kingdom, today announced that it has acquired Corrpro Companies Europe Limited from Corrpro Companies Inc., a subsidiary of Aegion Corporation. Founded in 1968, Corrpro Companies Europe Limited is a leading provider of vital infrastructure maintenance services. The company provides a fully integrated line of corrosion protection services primarily in the UK and Europe.
Mark Davies founded Corrpro UK (Holdings) Limited in 2023 after serving as an employee for Corrpro Europe Limited for more than 28 years. Mr. Davies and several members of his leadership team will continue operations under the new organization.
