Our turnkey services set up plants capable of coating 10,000 to 25,000 metric tons per shift. Ranging in diameters from 8mm to 40mm, we can handle a variety of shapes and sizes including spiral cage rebar. In addition, to shake out machine and cleaning racks, our facilities come with a water quench to help cool and set coated rebar.
